DEAR PARENTS

PINATA DONATIONS

4/28/2019

The 10th annual Multi-Cultural Faire will be on May 10 from 4-7:30. It’s a day where the Rio Calaveras Community come together to celebrate diversity and the different cultures we have in our community. Students are encouraged to wear the cultural attire that day to share with each other their heritage.
The Fifth Grade level is in charge of promoting the Mexican culture and our class is tasked with the Pinata Booth. We asking parents for Pinata donations in any size so that we can give the younger children a good time at the Multicultural Faire. If you can donate, please send the pinatas to school by May 10.
  THANK YOU for your support.

CINCO DE MAYO
Our class is celebrating Cinco de Mayo this Friday with a Cinco de Mayo carnival in the classroom. Each group is responsible for creating a game for everyone in class to play. We will also have Nachos and other treats for students to purchase with their class money. It’s going to be a fun time celebrating our multi-culture and playing games in the classroom. Viva Mexico!!!
